I think these are pretty amazing. Very large and fat, they are gorgeous glossy red when ripe and ready. Only 75 days from transplanting, the large size make them easy to see, pick and prepare. The plants are dark green and hardy. Cayenne pepper can be made in to chili paste, crushed flakes, or hot sauce recipes. I roasted them in the oven last year, dried them, and ground into a yummy cayenne pepper. Very nice.
