Jimmy Nardello takes the cake as the most beautiful pepper, in my opinion. Long, crinkly and glossy red, I grow them every year just to string up and look at! When fresh they are crunchy and very mildly spicy/sweet and are excellent for roasting, once dried and crushed or powdered they make a wonderful sweet flavorful 'paprika'. Sometimes the weather prevents a good pepper crop for me, but this variety always seems to do well anyway. The plants are about 20" high.
