Super cute little flat and ribbed pumpkins make the perfect single serving meal. Yes, they are very sweet, creamy and delicious when baked whole and then stuffed! The hard skins keep their shape when cooked whole and make them an excellent keeper, storing four or five months in a cool dry place. The vines travel quite a bit, up to 10 feet in every direction, so these are best grown up a fence in smaller gardens, or on the compost heap. Each plant will produce a good dozen pumpkins. Kids love them!
