I really like this beet. Been growing this heirloom for years. It has a shape unique to itself, about 1-2” across and 4-6” long. With it’s long shape, thin skin and very delicious sweet red flesh they’re perfect for slicing up and roasting, canning and beet pickles! They store pretty well, a good 3 to 4 months. The tops are average, I wouldn't grow them for beet greens as they are pretty sparse. A great heirloom!
