Spearmint is a fabulous spicy sweet mint used in tea and candy. Makes an awesome addition to lemonade and ice cream. I use it in Indian cooking as well, and works as a great flavoring to enhance herbal teas which might otherwise be bland. I make my own mineral toothpaste as well and use this mint in the recipe. I will send you a shovel's worth of bare-root plants. They like water and fertile soil, and spread like mad if you give them room! Plant in a large container to keep them tame.
