Red is my favorite color. So when I found this red Brussels’ sprout variety, I had to have it. So gorgeous in the garden!

Succulent, sweet and nutty, even when lightly steamed they hold some of the red color. The sprouts are smaller and more gourmet than Roodnerf, and the plant needs to be tied to a light stake to prevent them from falling over, but I love them anyway. Very unique!
