Really red early sweet juicy red cabbage. This cabbage has always been reliable for me. Definitely beautiful and did I say beautiful? Sweetest when grown in  the cooler months of the year, of course. But always reliable to head in any season. I like to mix a percentage of red cabbage into green for popping color, it also works great lightly cooked in butter or oil where the color makes and great splash to a plate!
