I grew this variety for Blue corn meal starting two years ago and was nicely impressed. Sturdy stocky 6 foot tall plants gave up to 2 ears each with dark blue kernels. Shelled off and ground up into a beautiful delicious cornmeal that makes blue cornbread, muffins, blue  pancakes, and of course, blue corn chips!
