Having trialed over 60 different varieties of cucumbers over the years, I have come down to 3 standards that I can count on. Shintokiwa is number 1 for me. Considered a gourmet “Asian” Cuke, this one is an amazing salad and slicing cucumber. Long, slender, crispy juicy and sweet, with small seeds and gorgeous glossy dark green skin. Did exceptionally well in our hot dry summer last year. Great production on really healthy, disease, heat and drought resistant plants. My favorite cucumber ever.
