Lovely French variety. I rarely let this one get to maturity. Too much trouble and time for me. I always grow in a mass to cut young for salad mix. The juicy crunchy mild sweet flavor is great for mesclun mixes, to mellow out some of the stronger greens like arugula and kale. Pointing upwards they keep clean in a rain and grow fast.
